About Allen CSK Screws

The head is countersunk at 90° so it sits flush with the surface, and the hexagon socket takes more torque than a slotted or Phillips screw. The common standards are DIN 7991 and ISO 10642.

Applications

  • Machine tables, slides and guide rails
  • Dies, moulds and fixtures
  • Conveyor and packaging machines
  • Aluminium profiles and frames

Allen CSK Screw FAQs

What is the difference between an Allen CSK screw and an Allen cap screw?

Both use an Allen key. The CSK screw has a flat countersunk head that sits flush. The Allen cap screw has a round head that sits on top of the surface or in a counterbore.

Which grade should I choose?

Choose SS 304 or SS 316 where rust is a concern, and 10.9 or 12.9 where the joint takes a high load.
